Line is a certified +500-hour yoga teacher with more than 10 years of personal practice. For her, yoga is not just about movement, but a way of connecting — to the body, to the breath, and to life.

Her teaching is intuitive, creative, and grounded in both tradition and modern understanding. With a background in biotechnology, she brings a natural curiosity about the body, nervous system, breath, and physiology into her classes.

Line teaches a range of styles, from dynamic, playful flows to slow, grounding, restorative practices. Her classes invite both strength and softness, exploration and stillness, with space to listen inward and meet yourself where you are.

Yoga first became a deeper part of Line’s life during her own search for a practice free from expectations and performance. After completing her first teacher training in Rishikesh, India, she discovered a passion for sharing the sense of freedom, presence, and connection yoga had given her.

Outside the studio, Line feels at home in nature. She loves foraging, cooking, travelling, reading, and exploring creative projects. Her connection to the natural world often finds its way into her teaching through seasonal themes, nature, and the cycles of life.
