What happens after the 12 months?
- The Gift Card, once redeemed, runs for 12 months at 4999 DKK.
- On the first day after 12 months, the membership continues automatically as a Monthly Unlimited at 699 DKK/month, unless cancelled.
Further, there is no minimum term and no notice period.
- You can cancel at any time via My Account or by contacting us.
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid period. You will keep access until that date, and no further charges will be made after that.

Yum is an oasis in the neighborhood to retreat and enjoy time either having a good cup of coffee or practicing a yoga class. For the latest, Sunday morning classes are really my favorites for the atmosphere all around the place, at the yoga room, in the caffetteria or the outside area.

I’ve recently moved from Australia to CPH & having found Yum cafe & yoga has been one of my best experiences here! The people are absolutely loving & so nice. The yoga classes are so amazing & innovative. I’ve done yoga in the past but the classes are so amazing for the body & mind. And the cafe staff, food & my fav tumeric latte are my all time favs .. my little two small furbabies also love it here 😍 It’s our fav go to in our neighbourhood ❤️
Really a cozy place in Sydhavn! Their cafe has delicious drinks and good food. But best of all is their yoga! Have been to Arial Yoga and SUP yoga and it can definitely be recommended. Their instructors are just so nice and make sure everyone feels safe and enjoys it. Was recommended this place by a friend and will definitely recommend it to more friends 🤍
People are so great and kind, the atmosphere is simply amazing and makes me feel better after a long day. Now it’s been few 2 months of practice and I can see all the beneficial effects on my mental and physical health. I love it!

Booking your first class
Once the Gift Card is redeemed, you can start booking your classes!
You can do so either via the Mindbody App (download below) or our online schedule here on the website!
The app provides the easiest route for bookings and cancellations on-the-go.

Please be aware of a few important notes in regards to booking your yoga classes at yum:
- Booking: Classes cannot be booked or cancelled via email. You must manage your class booking yourself via the Mindbody app or the website.
- Class cancellations: If needed, please cancel your spot at least 4 hours prior to class start time. If you cancel later or do not show up, a 50,- late cancel/absence fee will be charged to your account.
What to bring?
You are more than welcome to bring your own mat – and we also have mats available at the studio that you can borrow (free-of-charge). Furthermore, we have bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps available.
We advise you to bring your water bottle.
As the room temperature differs depending on the weather and activities in the room, we advice for you to bring warm socks and a sweater so you can adjust to your needs, the practice and the surroundings.
Please be aware that we do not have changing rooms available. Therefore, we advice you to come in your yoga clothes. If you need to change, we have a bathroom available and a bamboo room divider available in the studio for this purpose.
Studio Code of Conduct
Before attending you first class, please make sure to read the studio’s Code of Conduct as it includes important information about your arrival times, late cancel/no-show policies, the waitlist process etc. You can read it right HERE.
Your first class
When arriving the first time at yum, please access the studio from the outside (entrance door to the left of the café, by the canal).
When you get inside, you can leave your shoes in the dedicated space and leave your other belonging at the bench/hangers.
Important! Make sure to – preferably – turn off your phone, or at least leave it on silent mode.
Find your spot and roll out your mat facing the teacher and the water.
The teacher will make sure to go through the list of participants and mark your attendance before the class starts.
From this point on: Let the teacher guide you through your practice!
If you are unsure whether the teacher marked your attendance, you can reach out to us at yoga@yum.dk so we make sure you do not get any fees that you are not entitled to.

The studio is located at Alliancevej 22, 2450 Copenhagen (Teglholmens Sydkaj).
You can get to yum by bike, metro, S-train, the harbor bus or bus lines 17 and 8A. There is also free and paid parking options in the area.
Terms & Conditions
yum’s Gift Card provide access to all scheduled classes at yum’s yoga studio. This includes regular yoga classes, aerial yoga, retreat classes, and seasonal SUP yoga classes, unless otherwise specified.
Courses, workshops, teacher training and EMS workout access is not included.
The Gift Card is available for all clients.
Automatic Renewal – Gift Card
At the end of the gift card term, the contract will automatically convert into an Unlimited month-to-month membership (“Membership”) at a rate of 699 kr. per month. This membership provides unlimited access to book classes at yum (see section 9 in the Terms & Conditions here).
The first payment of 699 DKK will be charged on the first day after the gift card term and will continue to be charged on the same calendar date each subsequent month until the membership is terminated.
Minimum Commitment and Termination
There is no minimum term and no notice period.

Pausing & Transfer
The gift card, once activated, cannot be paused, postponed, resold, shared, or transferred.
Equipment and Fees
A late cancellation/no-show fee of 50 DKK applies if a Member fails to cancel a reserved class at least four (4) hours before the scheduled start time, or do not show up.
No additional fees apply for the use of yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, or other in-studio equipment. SUP boards are available exclusively in SUP yoga classes.
Refund Policy
The Intro Offer and Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of force majeure (war, riots, sickness, fire, flood, pandemics, governmental restrictions, etc.).
