Why does yum need my date of birth?<\/h3>\nSo we can charge the correct price<\/strong> and document VAT exemption<\/strong> for members under 30<\/strong>, we ask everyone to register their date of birth<\/strong> on their profile.\nWhy is the price also increasing slightly for under 30?<\/h3>\nWe’ve chosen to increase the price slightly for under 30<\/strong> as well, so the change feels more balanced – and because under 30 members won’t benefit from any potential compensation deduction.\nWill there be a deduction for 30+?<\/h3>\n
Politically, there’s a proposal for a small fitness tax deduction in 2026<\/strong> of DKK 1750,- as compensation for the VAT change. It hasn’t been finally adopted yet. We recommend that you save your receipts<\/strong>, and we’ll update this page as soon as there’s a final decision.<\/p>\nWhat if I turn 30 during my membership?<\/h3>\n
Your price changes to the 30+ price<\/strong> from the first payment\/renewal after your 30th birthday<\/strong>.<\/p>\nCan I cancel if I don’t want the change?<\/h3>\n
Yes. If you don’t want to continue under the new terms, you can cancel your membership according to the applicable cancellation terms.
